The client had experienced years of ongoing leaks around the round chimney, with several previous repair attempts using Wakaflex and waterproofing products.
We stripped the area back completely to expose the original structure, repaired the timberwork where required, and started fresh. New leadwork was then formed to suit the round chimney, including a bossed lead back tray, front apron and over flashing to provide a proper long-term weatherproof detail.
