This project involved resolving ongoing water ingress between the client’s property and the neighbouring building.
The existing flashings were removed to allow the area to be properly repaired and started fresh. The cornice and chimney were repaired and re-flaunched before installing bespoke lead cornice cappings and flashings, formed to suit the existing details.
New lead step flashings were also installed to the sides of the chimneys, providing a durable and traditional weatherproof finish.
